At Massey & Gail, we are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and support the advancement of underrepresented groups in the legal industry. We are therefore pleased to offer first-year law students an opportunity to apply to our second annual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Fellowship Program in our Chicago office.

Fellows will work alongside talented lawyers and receive training and mentorship to enhance their professional development. The 10-week program will offer a flexible start date and a salary of $12,000.

To apply, please send a resume, law school transcript, and personal statement to info@masseygail.com by January 26, 2024. Personal statements should address the applicant’s professional history and interests, as well as what the applicant hopes to gain from the fellowship. The personal statement should not exceed 500 words.
