Jessica Lee is a commercial litigator who represents clients in trial and appellate litigation. Her experience spans antitrust, contract, and statutory and common-law fraud disputes, as well as bankruptcy- and securities-related litigation. Jessica regularly briefs dispositive motions, manages complex discovery, and supports trial preparation.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Kenneth K. Lee, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She previously practiced civil litigation at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, PLLC in Washington, DC.
Jessica earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where she graduated with pro bono honors and served as a Student Director of the Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab. She received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

- Defended a corporate executive against a statutory fraud case brought by the New York Attorney General; secured dismissal.
- Represented a Chapter 15 debtor in an adversary proceeding in bankruptcy court against a transaction counterparty, alleging breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and foreign-law claims.
- Defended a corporate executive in multiple state and federal suits brought by corporate debt holders alleging securities and common-law fraud.
